Tasting Note:

Strewn Winery’s Cottage Block Merlot is a light bodied easy drinking wine. The nose contains sweet spice, vanilla, nutmeg and candy strawberry notes. The palate is dry and light, with low tannins, red fruit and slight chocolate and vanilla undertones. This wine needs no breathing or aging. It’s the type that works well for picnics or sipping at party among the ranks of other ‘okay’ wines.
