Tasting Note:

I’ve had this wine a couple of times and am surprised at its full flavour (for a lighter wine) after a couple of hours of breathing. The wine is pale auburn in appearance with aromas of cherry, leather, spice and violet. This gamay has low tannins with balanced stewed cherry, light oaked-aged vanilla and sweet spice flavours.
